Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders equal to or greater than €250. For orders below this amount, the shipping contribution is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of the products.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 15–30 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination region and product. For some bulky or custom-made items, times may be extended; in these cases, you will always be informed via email.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Transport with specialized furniture courier: 14–28 business days
Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your order at every stage until delivery.
Furniture Delivery
Delivery is made to the street level. We recommend checking the dimensions of the products and the accessibility of entrances (doors, elevator, stairs) before purchasing. Upon receipt, always check the integrity of the packaging and report any anomalies to the courier.
