Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to change your mind, with complete peace of mind.

Your satisfaction is our priority: if you're not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product and receive a refund, without having to provide any reason. This period extends the legal 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code.

How to make a return

  1. Write to us at info@marconucci.com indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
  2. You will receive instructions for the return and the address to which to send the goods.
  3. Pack the products in their original packaging, undamaged and complete with all accessories.

Conditions

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product damaged during transport or not conforming to your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching some photographs: we will arrange for replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
