How do I place an order?

Deliveries are made within 15–30 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination region and product. For bulky or made-to-order items, times may vary; you will be informed via email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of €250 or more. Below this threshold, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Can I return a product?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for installment payments.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by European regulations.
Do the furniture items arrive pre-assembled?
Most products are delivered ready to use. Some items require simple assembly, with instructions included in the package.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your delivery step by step.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
